Each suite and two-storey townhouse will feature 9 or 10 foot ceilings heights with floor-to-ceiling insulated double-glazed windows.
Every suite features a Signature Kitchen which includes a choice of natural stone or quartz countertops, choice of natural stone tiles and mini-glass mosaic tiles, a dining island, and a fully integrated slim-line Miele stainless steel appliance package accented by leatherette panels for upper cabinets. The kitchen cabinetry will be custom designed by Tomas Pearce.
Bathrooms will consist of marble flooring and vanity countertops, accented by polished chrome fixtures in a contemporary profile. Suites feature in-suite laundry closets with stacked washer and dryer as per plan with the builder’s pre-selected ceramic tile flooring.
